Won’t energy independence savings bond just be another way to allow the government to mismanage more of our money?

Answer is no, the money will go to pay for projects that are already under proposal for various states and cannot get enough funding to get off the ground. The initiative proposed a civilian oversight committee as a government watchdog to ensure fiscal responsibilty and competent management.
